What that does and does not change
It does not change what we recommend. We write about the thing we would tell a friend to buy, including when there is no affiliate programme behind it and including when the honest answer is that you do not need to buy anything.
Where we have not used a product ourselves, we say so in the piece rather than implying we have.
Our own downloads
We also sell our own downloads. Those are not affiliate products — we made them, and we keep the money. They are always clearly marked as ours.
