A 90s Summer is published by Broad Eye Solutions LLC. This page explains what we collect when you use a90ssummer.com, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
Analytics. We use Google Tag Manager and the analytics and advertising tags configured inside it to understand which pages people read and where they arrived from. These set cookies and collect an IP address, a device and browser type, and the pages visited.
Your email address, but only if you type it into a sign-up form. We use it to send the thing you asked for and the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from any email we send.
Purchase information, if you buy a download. Payment is handled by our payment processor. We never receive or store your full card number. We do receive your email address, the item bought and the amount, so we can deliver the file and handle refunds.
What we do not do
We do not sell your email address. We do not share it with other publishers or list brokers.
How long we keep it
Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in the analytics account.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email, ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may also have a right to opt out of targeted advertising — see Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. Write to hello@a90ssummer.com.
Children
This site is written for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
